I’m Janapriya Sugumar,  Paediatric Intensive Care Clinical Fellow at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the National Trainee Education Lead for PICSTAR. As part of PICSTAR, I help coordinate national trainee-led education initiatives, develop resources, and build opportunities for collaboration across the network.
